Credit Card/Debit Card & Wipay Vouchers Fees ?
The processing fee for debit card is 3.50% + $0.25 USD & Wipay voucher fee is 1.50% here is the link to the location where u can purchase Wipay Vouchers Wipay Locations.
Wallet
There are no additional fees for wallet payment, Can use any of the payment above to top up your Duck Shopping Express TT wallet.
Shipping Fees
Wo offer nation wide shipping in Trinidad, our couriers are o.deliver and ttpost our shipping fees is a Flat $60TT anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago.
If u make a bank transfer or paywise transfer and u fail to put the exact amount for your order the funds will be send to your Duck Shopping Express TT wallet, if u send for phone card and ain’t send the correct amount we will send a custom amount to your contact suited to the amount u pay.
Below you will find the specific receipts we accept from each bank, Please take note that receipts should always be showing the reference number and payment date,advise u to always make your payment after you checkout so u can add your order id in your transaction receipt.
1. Bank Deposits only can be made by any Republic bank location after u make the deposit to our account please upload the full image to your order, Please take note we don’t accept fast deposits.
2. You will be required to make the payment on any browser by login you Republic account after u add in our bank details as provided screenshot the receipt and upload the full screenshot to your order, we advise u to add your order id in the description and also use our notification email.
3. Login your Republic mobile account click the top left,scroll till u see online activity click on online activity screenshot the payment u submitted to our account and then upload it to your order.

- Fast deposits required to go by any First Citizens Bank locations ask the security in the bank for the fast deposit box fill out the form with our bank information add your contact number and your name, Please be advise that it may take one – two business days for the fast deposit box to be cleared.
- Bank Deposits only can be made by any First Citizens Bank location visit any teller in the bank provide them with our bank account number with our bank account name once u receive the receipt upload the full receipt to your order.
